A mala is a 108-bead meditation tool, traditionally used to anchor intention, calm the mind, and guide breath and mantra.
In this workshop, your mala becomes something deeper:
A reflection of your energy.
A ritual of reclaiming your time, your voice, your presence.
A tool you can return to when life feels overwhelming.
Each bead you design represents a conscious choice — to move from reacting… to responding. From depletion… to grounded living.
