Mala and Mantra Meditation in Toronto. Monday evening events to release and recieve new energy for the week.

​​Through guided vocal toning, mantra-based chanting, and reflective integration, we move through two powerful phases:

​​Release — letting go of what no longer needs to follow you into the week
Receive — consciously inviting the qualities you want to embody
