$222.00

Saturday, May 9th · 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

5-Hour Immersive Experience

130 River Street, Toronto, ON

Limited to 10 Women

This Is Your Day.

Not a spa day. Not a yoga class. Not another thing to tick off the list.

This is five hours of being completely, unapologetically held, while you create something beautiful, release what's been heavy, and remember exactly who you are when no one needs anything from you.

We designed this around womanhood, because we believe the greatest gift a woman can receive isn't flowers or brunch.

It's time. Space. And permission to exist for herself.

It's for every woman who has been giving, holding, and showing up for others… and is quietly ready to show up for herself.

What we do here is fundamental. Universal. It's about bringing more love and light into your life and remembering that it begins with you.

What Awaits You

Arrive and exhale. Be welcomed into a warm, intentional space with heart-opening tulsi tea and guided breathwork. Feel the week leave your shoulders before you've said a word.

Come home to your body. Move through a gentle chakra visualization designed to quiet the mental noise and reconnect you with the part of yourself that knows exactly what she needs.

See yourself clearly. Through guided reflection and your personal workbook, gently uncover where your energy has been going — and what it's time to call back.

Release what you've been carrying. A cathartic release ritual using movement, breath, and sound. Let go of the guilt, the pressure, the emotional weight you've been holding for everyone else. Watch it go.

Discover your stones. In a personal 1:1 consultation, receive guidance on the crystals that align with your intentions, your energy, and the woman you're stepping into.

Create at the crystal bar. Choose from 30+ crystals, sacred woods, pendants, and threads — intuitively, playfully, freely. Your hands will know what they're drawn to.

String your mala in ceremony. 108 beads. One breath each. By the time you string the final bead, you will feel it. Every woman in our circle does.. Gavan will then professionally knot the mala and ship it to you the following week!

Leave with a practice for real life. Learn how to use your mala for stress, anxiety, overwhelm, and the moments when daily life feels like too much. This isn't a beautiful object that collects dust. It's a tool you'll reach for every single day.

Three Themes We'll Move Through Together

Permission To Receive You have spent so long giving. Today you get to be the one who is held, nourished, and supported. No performing. No fixing. No holding it together.

Female Embodiment Feeling vibrant, alive, and at home in your own body. Remembering the joy of being a woman in community with other women who get it.

Energy Reclamation Understanding where your energy has been going — and calling it back with intention. Not to do more. To feel more like yourself.

This Experience Is For You If —

  • You're a mother who has been giving more than she's been receiving — and is finally ready to receive.

  • You're navigating a new season — young children, teenagers, an empty nest, or simply a version of yourself you don't quite recognise anymore.

  • You're a woman who craves something real. Something handmade. Something that means more than another gift that gets forgotten.

  • You're ready to stop waiting for the right time to invest in yourself — and to make today that time.

No meditation experience needed. No spiritual background required. Just an open heart and a willingness to slow down.

What Is A Mala — And Why It Matters

A mala is a 108-bead meditation tool …one of the oldest instruments for peace of mind we know of. Traditionally used to anchor intention, calm the mind, and guide breath and mantra.

In this workshop, your mala becomes something more personal than that.

Each bead you choose is a crystal selected for your specific energy. Each knot is tied with your specific intention. Each breath you take while stringing it becomes part of what the piece holds.

You are not buying a mala. You are building one… from the inside out.

It becomes the thing you reach for when the overwhelm hits. When the mind won't quiet. When you need a reminder that you made a choice, on this day, to come back to yourself.

That choice doesn't expire when the workshop ends.
